"Hard to understand person taking order. Told us 45min-1hr for food. It took 2 hrs. Food is awful, everything cold, brownies had freezer burn. Delivery driver said it always takes 2 hrs to get your food. She wouldn't come up and deliver to our room."

"This was probably the worst food I’d ever had. Was staying in San Antonio for the weekend and at my hotel, this place was advertised as Big John’s Pizza from the hotel but they are also called Adam’s Pizzeria. The spaghetti tasted like canned spaghetti. The Alfredo was disgusting and the bread from the calzone was burnt despite the inside not being fully cooked. I try not to leave bad reviews but after paying this much money and getting what I got, I have no choice."

"I really wish Google had a option for 0 stars. I have never had food sent to me that looked like this before but from other reviews I see it’s normal. I paid $74 and gave a $10 tip for this mess they gave us. The spaghetti tasted like chef boyardee from out a can. The Alfredo didn’t have any flavor. The wings were fried to the point we couldn’t even tear them to eat. The calzone burnt. We paid all this money and couldn’t even eat the food. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves to feed this mess to people and be happy to take their money. Big Johns Pizzeria is the name of the restaurant we ordered from. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here."

"Awful customer service , they absolutely burnt our wings to shreds , the delivery was late and the food was cold , no plastic ware was included for over 4 entres and the pastas taste like they came from cans. when I called to complain they said they couldn’t do anything and I had to call back in the morning even though I am from out of town."
