"I went in to get a hot fudge sundae during the holiday break. The lady told me the hot fudge machine was have issues but she got some in there and a quarter size of fudge ontop. I'm thinking there was plenty of fudge with what I saw on the sides. Unfortunately the fudge was thinly smeared on the sides to make it look like there was hot fudge. So I went to talk them about it making it look like it was a hot fudge sundae but actually being a cup of ice cream and a little whip cream. After I talked to the supervisor she gave me another one with the exception of fudge she put in chocolate syrup. I will never go in there again. Bad business. If the hot fudge machine s broke, don't deceive the customers and sell them something its not. Tell them the machine is broke. It shows you don't care about the customers just the money."

"We love Sonic, but this morning was horrible. It took 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito meal. We didn't get tater tots and she tossed it out the window at me. When I went to ask about the tater tots she shut the window. I was in a hurry so I couldn't return the attitude. I will return later."

I came in tonight for a burger & they said there would be a 4 minute wait for my burger as they were making fresh patties and if I was okay with that, first of all thank you for valueing my time & secondly thank you for bringing out my drink whule i waited on the rest of my order! "This location has always been awful and still is. I was hoping it had improved with the new management but after today, I will not be back. I went this afternoon to pick up one order and place another, very simple order. I waiting for 15 minutes for the one I placed and even asked about it when my pick-up order came out but I eventually had to leave without my 2nd order because I had an appointment. I went back later when I had more time and they were less busy. There were only 2 other cars there at this point, I placed a very similar order as the first time. When the girl at the window confirmed my order, I politely reminded her that I would like ranch and mustard packets as well. She rudely said they will be in the bag. I checked before driving off, and guess what was missing... ranch and mustard. Coincidence? Maybe but it was very annoying either way. I had already waited for about 10 minutes for my order and then had to pull around again to get the condiments that should have been in the bag already. The receipt was also missing and the 2 plain hot dogs that I ordered were way overcooked. I wish I had noticed before I left so I could have had them remade. I will say the food has somewhat improved and they can make a decent flavored drink now (but don't expect light ice, even if you request it!) but the service is just as terrible and slow as always."
