Reviews
"This store has Management problems. After being insulted and yelled at and called names by the delivery driver Cameron, I called to speak to the manager James. The person on the phone refused to put the manager on the phone and instead put the delivery dude on the phone who chewed me out and hung up on me. I am really in disbelief of this type of service. Our usual delivery guy has always been friendly and pleasant. This guy Cameron doesn't need to be anywhere near customers. If I could get my tip back I would."
"Hands down, the worst location for food service. The quality is terrible, with so many bad reviews, and the management doesn't seem to care. If you want to have good pizza, order from the Judson location. 5 stars anytime. I have placed orders at 12 am, and they are excellent!"
"Took over an hour and still no pizza. Called to speak to manager and he refused to come to the line. I asked for a refund and employee stated he could not refund money and manager did not want to come to the line and said to just call corporate. The manager James is rude and doesn’t know how to handle situations. Employee on phone was stuck in the middle with nothing to do. The delivery driver finally arrived almost 2 hours later (cold) but was very nice and said he would resolve the issue for me and send a refund once back at the store since I did not want the pizza anymore. Thank you Nathan!"
"I have been coming to this place close to 2 years and like the other reviewers have said they skimp on the cheese - it's mostly sauce, and the quality of material and service has gone down. Go to the Pizza Hut around the corner, they are better. Last order was a week ago and my wife found a long hair in the pizza. She discovered it in her mouth while eating. She threw up and was repulsed by the quality. We trashed both pizzas and went to a restaurant since we both work long hours and didn't want to cook. What I don't get is, like other food places, why aren't the employees wearing hair nets and long gloves covering up to the belows? Caps are not sufficent! We will never order from this place, regardless of if there is a new management or owner. In my foreign culture, cooking for a guest or others is a blessing. So make the pizzas like you are making it for Jesus Christ on the Last Supper."
"WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? It used to be great every time and now the quality just sucks. They have screwed up my last three orders in a row.. last night I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and almost half the pizza was just sauce! The "hand tossed" crust that used to be so good is now just hard and cheap-tasting. The pizza I ordered last week was supposed to have bacon and didn't... I'm tired of paying for toppings I'm not getting. I worked in a pizza place when I was a teenager and it ain't that hard, folks. Maybe it's just this location? It's time to get pizza somewhere else. It's a shame, this place used to be pretty good."
