"Two words, Greedy management. First one’s what it’s supposed to look like, while the second one is what I received today, presumably because I didn’t tip. Furthermore it was at the lead/manager’s discretion. At first I felt a bit of guilt for not having a tip at hand and planned on returning with one, but that’s unfortunately no longer the case. Tasted like something I did NOT ORDER(maybe tasted caramel twice throughout the drink). Maybe next time"

"Firstly this was my first day at Starbucks in fortworth, I downloaded the app to avail the rewards but the have stickers everywhere for rewards but once I decided to make the make payment the the girl on the billing counter said that it’s joint with the hotel, after sometime I have asked her that there are stickers on your store that you do offer reward payment then she replied their machine are not working for you scanning and make the payment"

"They accepted my Starbucks gold card, but I couldn't get a free refill. Yep, Starbucks stores in hotels are terrible. The place maximum capacity is 74 persons. Probably if they're all standing, because there's only 12 chairs. The barista was more busy with her boyfriend, arguing that he was looking at other girls. Instead of paying attention to customers."

"The staff works fast! If there is a convention happening across the street the lines are long however after I check out, I get my drink quick. And if business is slow, I’m in & out in less than 3 minutes. Sometimes my drink is ready before I complete check out. My drink is always made exactly how I want it or they’re always more than happy to remake it for me."
