"When I call and place an order I EXPECT it to be fresh or even when I place the order online! If I wanted DRY breadsticks or reheated greasy pizza I would walk in and ask. I never experience this dry breadsticks and reheated burned pizza at location 2002 Fredericksburg rd! It’s always at the Vance Jackson location!! It’s simple instructions that can’t be followed."
"My husband waited over 30 mins for them to make a calzone Pizza. They had several people coming in and getting their order and leave. I had to come in the store and ask what the problem was, then they made the food after I said I'm giving them a bad review. His food was freshly made but I feel they purposely ignore a black man at this store. We will not give them our business again"
"Both times I have come to this store I have waited at the front while employees walked by, even made eye contact, but did not acknowledge me. If you can't be bothered to just say "Hi, I'll be right with you" then I definitely can't trust that you are doing any of the other things you should be like observing cleanliness and food safety. Walked out last time, while they stared at me, slack jawed, as I suggested they start acknowledging customers."
"Before I begin with my review, please know from your viewpoint that I do not like leaving negative reviews. That being said , sorry to say this location is an absolute mess. I've been here quite a few few times and every time it's 15 to 20 minutes for a hot and ready whether it's early to mid day or night time. I get "sometimes" but every time? For a product that supposed to be already prepared for customers in a rush? The pizza is usually burnt and I don't even know how that's possible when they make us wait for a fresh one to be made after we order. Today I ordered a pizza so burnt that I asked for another one and the next one was just the same if not more burnt. If I hadn't been rushing out of work to get my kids to karate I had returned it . I also saw a guest return two pizzas ,I'm not even 100% sure those pizza originally came from that location cause the guest pulled in after I had already been sitting waiting for my purchase for about five minutes. I somewhat assumed the pizza the guy gave me was the ones returned cause I didn't see them dispose of them right away. Just to make sure I asked the guy if they were the returned pizzas cause of how burnt they were but he looked confused I even asked the question. Please get this location in shape with acceptable product. I apologize for the harsh critique but it's an honest one. We hope to be able to enjoy our local pizzeria soon."
"Definitely would not recommend this little Caesars location. I ordered through DoorDash but the new cashier had given the dasher the wrong order. I drove to the location to pick up my order and waited for them to remake the order. What surprised me first was the cashier asked for the wrong order back showing that she was about to try and reuse the order (I’ve been exposed to the food service and hospitality industry since I was born so I knew not to bring back an order that had both left the establishment and entered a residence no matter how clean my home is). While I was there I saw an interaction between another customer and the manager. The customer complained about the quality of the pizza (he ordered extra most bestest) and the lack of pepperoni, the manager told him that “the pictures are wrong” and that the way it was is how it’s supposed to be made despite the customer stating that he had ordered it 3 times before from this location and it wasn’t like this one. As you can see from the pictures the pizzas myself and the other customer were served are not the standard recipe for ExtraMostBestest pepperoni pizza. The manager seems to be the key point of failure in this establishment. When I arrived I noticed him standing around on his phone holding up the cutting board table. He failed his staff by not be proactive about their training letting the cashier make several critical mistakes, not showing the cooks the proper way to cut the pizzas or execute the recipes properly, and lastly leading by poor example showing the staff that it’s ok to give attitude and argue with customers. Oh but at least he offered me a 20oz soda for my wait."
