Pizza Hut 3323 Roosevelt Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78214

"Okay, first and foremost, let me start off by making it clear. I love pizza hut pizza. Out of the top 4 pizza franchises, pizza hut is my go to favorite. The food I ordered and received from this location was great, very tasty and hot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. With that said, my beef is with this Corporation's Sales team. Marketing team and definitely with the CEO, CFO and COO along with their underlings. Denials of knowledge won't cut it. They offer award points for purchases of o line orders both through their app and their websites, they do give you the points making you think you have a future free item. Their app and websites conveniently have errors and issues when trying to order using the reward points earned. But they work perfectly if you don't use points and pay for your online order. This is not the individual stores doing this, this is a Corporation issue which I believe is well known with the upper management. I am sure I am not the only person who has run into this problem. All I ask is either allow the customers to use the points they have earned or stop the promotion all together. Ok, my rant is over. Sorry for the long review."

"Why spend money there? I literally just wanted food, but refuse to take my payment; I was there in person too. The woman worker bought her kids to work in the kitchen (looks like 10 snd under). She refuse to take payment and a lazy worker; even made a face when I try to pay. Never going back and will be spending money to Domino's who actually take payment and they are not lazy."

"This location needs to get rid of everyone and start fresh. Ordered online curbside and waited 38 minutes before walking inside and getting my order. The young chick says she was busy. Yeah on her phone texting, this is why serious companies don’t allow phones while working. Then she has an attitude, seriously ? Shut it down, clean slate. Horrible experience we will absolutely never be back to this location."

"Placed an order online around 4:30pm on 11/27/23. The online ordering is really slow and faulty but that isn't this restaurants fault at all. When I arrived to pick up my order around 5pm, there was a few people ahead of me and 1 younger looking guy manning the front and taking pizzas to tables. Seemed like he liked his job and talking to customers. He was really kind and made my first experience at pizza hut a good one despite not having pepsi available at the time. He made my day and I'll definitely be returning to this location because of him. Didn't get his name but thank you for being so kind and getting my order to me so quickly!! The pizza and breadsticks are delicious with fluffy crust and great flavor!"

"This review is ongoing. At location now. We chose to dine-in. Josie the waitress/ cashier/?? rudely asked if were dining in. We said yes. We were then rudely told to order at the register. We are waiting for pizza now. Will update this review. Pizza came. It was good. Another employee (young man)who did not have a nametag came to check up on us. MUCH BETTER Tableside manner. Asked if all was ok. Due to the nature of staffing and economy, it is safer to pick up or have food delivered. There is no time given for training when it comes to customer interaction or face to face service. Those days have gone by way of the DoeDoe bird."
