"Never IN MY LIFE!!! I can promise you I will never be back! It’s 10:59pm right now I placed my order at 10:49pm on 2/12/2024 I’m still sitting here in this drive thru… this woman really just handed me ONE of my drinks and told me to drive around and wait back in line!!!!!!!!! I literally only had 2 meals. After waiting in line for a second time and watching as everyone who came after me got their food she handed me my food and when I asked her why she got an attitude and closed the window. She didn’t even give me my son’s drink!!!! This has to be a reflection of POOR MANAGEMENT"

"Alright, maybe I’m the idiot here for thinking I could have a quality meal at Taco Bell, but damn has their quality dropped off. Our entire order looked pathetic. What really irritates me about fast food spots like this is, you really just don’t know how bad it is until you’re already home. We wont be having Taco Bell for a while and much less from this location. The “manager” that answered the phone said they apportion their meat to help control cost. He’s about to have a revenue/sales problem that no amount of cost control will help."

"Went here yesterday afternoon. The woman in the drive thru gave horrible service not to mention they gave me a slush that was practically half empty. Wondering if they got thirsty and took a few sips before giving it to me because WTH? Did not get my money worth."

"A young, untrained staff works here. Always. There is always a wait, and PRAY they get your order right first try. Most times, it’s like they feel bothered you have a big order. The old management left, and I might leave too. I’ve been giving this location chances, but the teen workers have poor customer service and the food is just ok now. At best."
