"Staff was polite. I ordered a Pike. It was tepid at best. I asked for a hot this time and got a second cup the same. Starbucks is a waste for me. Either employees don't get it, or they don't care. Nice, but so what?"
"Blonde employee was very rude. I didn't catch her name . Very disrespectful as a Starbucks employee"
"I love it Everytime I come in no matter how busy they are they always greet you with a smile and say good morning Tom what can we get for you today and everything about the employees is outstanding"
"My favorite location ! Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Today, my coffee came with a heart sticker. Great way to end a hectic week! ❤️"
"I don’t why but every time I go to this location they never put the correct milk in my coffee and every single time I have to go back and get it fixed. Today I went back in the store nicely told the guy at the counter the milk was suppose to be soy he says nothing and takes the coffee from me then gives me the new one and says nothing again. I work a customer service job and I would get fired if I treated a customer that way. Best part is I got in the car and the cup was warped and it spilled all down my shirt. Stop charging $8 for a coffee if if your workers can not get the order right."
