"There is no excuse for cold fries and burgers. We ordered online, there should have been minimal room for error on our order, considering the restaurant was dead. Despite the lack of clientel there were key components missing from our order. Definitely a one star dining experience."
"I am now using the McDonald’s app and what a difference this makes on getting our order right. Also, I used to avoid McDonald’s like the plague. I remember reading that the 1/4 pounder was made from fresh meat (never frozen) decided to try one. I was tired of all the other fast foods. WOW! What a difference this hamburger is. We loved the food and everything was correct. We have used them now at least five times and the same has happened. McDonald’s has changed."
"Honestly, I hate coming to Google. But the entire experience was not great. The woman at the drive thru was hardly comprehendible, we had to ask to have the order read back to us to ensure that it was correct. Our food was given to the car in front of us, rifled through by them and then tried to be handed off directly to us. Sorry, I don't want food that another customer has touched. The manager was understanding though and got us fresh food."
"Our family of 5 used to make bets at this location. We would place an order through UBER EATS and find out which family member gets shafted for missing items. I don't think we've actually ever had a complete order from this location but it adds to the suspense. Every now and then the kids will want to make a bet but we've pretty much just stopped getting food from this location."
