"This place needs a facelift. Coffee stains and sticky stuff on the chairs and tables. They allow what seems to be an impaired man hang out and put his stuff all over the customer tables. He was nicely dressed. He went in and out multiple times. It’s a cold rainy day. Wandered around outside, went into restroom, then back outside but left all of his “stuff” on the table. If I owned this store I would want to know. I took pics and video if you want it. He had a bicycle with all kinds of what looked like trash, coffee cups, and bags hanging on it. He wasn’t bothering anyone - but just doesn’t seem like the right place to “hang out” - by one of the doors. Then there was another man, set up by the other door, asking people for donations. The workers all seemed friendly to the customers!"

"I stopped here and there were people loitering and cursing outside. More of the same inside. Just a really rough inner city experience. Felt like somewhere I definitely do NOT want to expose my children to."

It was clear that she was upset with another coworker, but she took it out on me. She refused to make my drink, even though she was asked to do so, because she was standing around doing nothing. This level of service was unacceptable, and I hope that you will take appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. Another employee did make my drink and she did amazing"
