"My husband went and ordered my coffee. It's right however, it not full. As soon as I picked up the cup, I said what is it empty? My husband said he thought the same thing but since he hardly ever goes to Starbucks he wasn't sure. Yep, look at the mess. Starbucks isn't worth my money anymore"

"The white guy who works early in the am at the window sometimes needs some better customer service training skills done…other than that my order is never wrong for the most part."

"Okay so mind you it's their busiest day because it's free cup day so I have to give them a little bit of slack but they completely did me wrong. First off when I ordered they got my name wrong as JB instead of JD which is fine cuz I know that's their thing and I knew it was going to happen so I had to make sure I listened to the names closely and then I ordered the Chestnut latte that they have right now. But what I received and what was on my ticket was there new caramel latte. I cannot stand caramel at all unfortunately. What I received was not what I ordered at all so I proceeded to the counter and they made me look like an a****** because I was complaining on red cup day but I honestly was apologetic and told him that I didn't like to complain in the first place but I didn't like caramel so I wasn't going to drink it. Mind you I got a venti and that was an $8 drink and he said it's okay. He'll take care of it and they quickly remade the drink which made me look like an a****** even more because there was a long line of people and when I left the building and took a sip of it, it was also a caramel latte and I can't stand it"

"I always thought that their drinks are made according to exact measurements of ingredients. Apparently that is not the case. This is the 3rd time this month that my Pink drink was so extremely sweet that I couldn't drink it. I even tried watering it down and STILL it was way too sweet. While the servers are always very friendly and professional, I wish that those who create the drinks would stick to the recipe. Went back the first 2 times. Not going back tonight & not going back to this store even though it's the only one close to my job."

"I asked the ladies in the drive-thru, after all the add-ons my 22 yr old daughter requested for her coffee, If the ladies in the drive-through could also drink 1/2 of it for her too since she typically wastes half her coffee; we all had a laugh. It was a fun place!"
