"I came in at 7:20 and ordered my drink. The rude lady at the counter said what can I get you with a miserable look on her face like why is she here. I got my drink and started to head out but seen the cup I was looking for. I went to grab the cup to pay when the rude lady said “ma’am we are closed”. It was 7:25 yet they don’t close til 7:30. Horrible service!"

"I ordered the Venti Irish Cream Cold Brew and was really excited about it. When I saw what they made it did not look correct. Looked like they out too much Cream in it and the cream on top looked broken and not smooth like usual. I mentioned this to the young lady working there and she said "we can't do anything once you try it". Very unfortunate because I went to the Starbucks in Target right after to compare the Irish Cream cold brew and it looked perfect as shown in the picture. The drink was perfectly made which made me wonder why they didn't do it correctly at the Starbucks at Montgomery Plaza. You see the drink to the left is not correct and definitely tasted too sweet. Please fix these issues as I will talk to the Manager in the morning. Thank you"
