"I hate doing this, because I come here ALL the time, for years. On happy hour days, typically the cashier will ask what free 3rd drink would I like. Today, she didn't and I forgot to ask... after the transaction completed. When I remembered, the cashier Bailey, just stared at me like "oh well" when I asked about the 3rd drink. Her attitude was just terrible. I get it's just a boba tea shop. So after asking to cancel the prior transaction, and ring up a new transaction with the 3rd free drink, she pushed my order to the end. I hope making me stand there for another 15 minutes while orders she took after mine were made first made her feel very powerful. Even a grubhub delivery lady said "good luck" to me after overhearing the exchange. So I've been charged twice, and will see if she remembers to have manager cancel the transaction. So disappointed in the service."
"Place is clean, service is ok but the flavors are so tasty, good quality. You can feel the creamy texture. Taro flavor is so good."
"Today I ordered my regular, Taro milk boba tea. As soon I tasted it, I noticed that they didn't add any sugar, sweetener or enough taro powder. The drink was not sweet at all and even it tasted like bitter watery taro. I nicely told them it's not sweet at all like I always had before. They told me they gonna make another one for me. It was fine until one lady who is skinny and short with green hair almost threw my new drink away on the table and looked at me mad after she made the new drink. She also said "I need the old drink back" When I gave it to her, she took it away very unpleasantly. I felt like she was treating me like someone who complaining to get a free drink. I wanted to ask her to taste the old drink how nasty it is but I didn't want to be rude like her so I left with the new drink. The new drink she made was just like what I always had. I looked other customers review and found other customers also had the same problem with unsweetened taro milk tea. I won't go here anymore. I'm very disappointed how bad she treated me when actually she was the one made a mistake with my drink."
"I am always a big fan of taro boba but today I got boba without sugar I tried to call them, but they already closed."
"Very good tea! The service was good even though they said the milk teas were dairy free, they actually were not, and my friend had a bad reaction to them. I would double check if you order here to see if they have dairy free options, if you need to. But I don't think the young girls there knew if it was or not. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, and the drink I had was good."
