"I came in and waited for about 2 minutes and no one acknowledged me. There were plenty of employees in front just talking and laughing which is perfectly fine but I was ignored until an employee from the back finally came out and took my order. When my drink was done, the girl just placed it on the counter and quickly turned around when I approached. At least the drink tastes good but they definitely can work on their customer service. (I was the only one ordering at this time so it wasn't even busy)."
"Great location with friendly staff! This location is always busy, and yet they get me through the line quicker than any other location! Going inside is also great. There's a lot of great seating options as well as ample plug ins for your electronics. Clean location, fast service, and friendly staff? Can't go wrong here!"
"Honestly I don’t know what is going on at this particular Starbucks location when it comes to placing online orders for pick up. I have been here plenty of times and the customer service is always friendly. When I place my order in person or through the drive-thru, I don’t ever have any issues. When I place an online order in which it is supposed to be more convenient somehow it always gets screwed up. On average I’m spending anywhere from $20-$40 for online orders since I am ordering for a group of people. After placing an online order today, I arrived to the location, did not wait very long to receive my order and verified with the barista the items on the online order which they stated were correct. Which I took their word in which was a mistake on my part, I should have actually checked the online order myself before leaving the location. Unfortunately when I got home and verified what was ordered, half of my order was incorrect and I do not have time to turn around to fix someone else’s mistake. I feel let down by the staff and this Starbucks location. Moving forward I will go to the competitor who gets my online orders correct. Instead of wasting my time and money just to receive an incorrect online order. I made sure to include an image of the incorrect order that was received. Clearly made it out to somebody else when the receipt shows it does not match my name. Starbucks you need to get it together on your online orders because I will no longer be a customer moving forward."
"The worst of the already worsening Starbucks. This location is on the way to my new job so I've stopped 3 times and all 3 Times were a disappointment. Staff is very friendly but the drinks are either watery or lacking flavor. The peppermint mocha I got today is watery and had a weird mint flavor, not typical. I'm not one to go back and request a do over (I'm also usually in a rush) but it's become so consistent that I would be going back every time. I just give up. C'mon Starbucks, you used to be Soo good!!!"
"The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I’ve been going to Starbucks for several years and always had great experiences. Today was my birthday and I was excited to use my birthday reward. I noticed some negative reviews at this location but shrugged them off. I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. When I got the drink it tasted very creamy with no brown sugar flavoring. I politely asked for it to be remade and asked if they could blend the cold foam more. The person who remade my drink was not friendly. They asked for my drink back and handed it back to me in 30 seconds. The remade drink tasted like they quickly added extra shots of espresso to my old drink and then gave it back to me instead of remaking the entire drink. I took a sip and had to spit it out because of how bitter it tasted. Please listen to the reviews before coming here."
