"REMOVE the kids from the store, because it's bad for business. I came into the store with a smile at first, but greeted by a employee sipping on her starbucks drink as if she wasn't on the clock.... I asked for a bacon sausage wrap that they played in the 1st time. The girl was waving my unfinished breakfast in front of the dark haired guys face! literally playing in front of me. Then I asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso that was made horribly and may I add it was done that way on purpose. When I tell you there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location I mean it. They are not friendly, professional, and they are very immature. This location is so nice but the three children they have working for the store is not smart for the company. It makes you wonder HOW they ever got their positions at this location. I will say that I have been to other locations of starbucks and I never have issues ever, but I made the mistake of coming here, only because my place of employment is in clearfork. I will just continue to go to the other store, because this was a horrible experience.. And Watch out for them OVER CHARGING on your orders! ugh the worst."

"Coffee was fast, mediocre, and the place was dirty, they also have removed the cream and condiments from the area away from the counter. So you have to ask for anything to be added. I guess they had issues with people stealing. Who knows, but it's inconvenient. There's also the over the top gratuity ask/pressure when you pay. Overall not a good experience."

"Not coming back. Been here three separate times and all my drinks taste like sweetened milk . I’ve complained and just got fed up . They are not empathetic and really act like I didn’t just pay 8 $ for a coffee. Dutch bros has been better to me ."

"Honestly, the best thing about Starbucks is its consistency and performance with products from store to store and location to location. This store had horrible customer service, no product knowledge, overcharged us for our drinks, while laughing that they were a better store, and served us a poor representation of what we’d ordered. Do not expect Starbucks quality service or product at this location!"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. The lady’s today were very rude. Right as we walked in there was no greeting. Also the black lady with some blonde hair taking our order seemed very annoyed at me and my grandma taking the time to figure out what we wanted to get. The setting was very weird the employees seemed very mad. Seems the rumors about this Starbucks is true. We will not be returning."
