"Ordered through the mobile app. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:01. After 5 minutes of waiting, one barista finally acknowledged me and says they are working on it now. 8:08 rolls around and another barista tells me the same thing. I stood there and watched them not even start my order. I asked to just cancel my order and be refunded and I was instructed to call customer services. I’m currently sitting on hold. I have to work so If I could sit on hold all day it wouldn’t be a problem. I just want my refund for my order that was never even started"

"so this morning October 8th at 9:55 am I went in with 2 of my friends. We had one order and a total of 3 drinks and 3 breakfast sandwiches for $35. Upon picking up two of the drinks, one venti chai add pumpkin foam added and one a pumpkin cream cold brew, neither had the pumpkin spice on top. We asked if we could have the spice added and immediately it was an “issue” lol. The barista said that pumpkin spice would be an additional charge. We asked if a pumpkin spice cold brew came with it and she corrected herself. But she made us pay $.54 for pumpkin spice to be added to the venti chai cold foam. I just don’t understand why they weren’t being kind at all. It was the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Also after that interaction i received my sandwich and this is what I got below. What a joke right? Lol Anyways, Sarah was AMAZING though! Such a sweet girl!!"
