"How is it even possible that this place has been open over 3yrs and hasn't been shut down by the health inspectors? It was my 1st time here today to pick up an order from TOO GOOD TO GO. First of all, there is absolutely no parking anywhere around the building. I walked in, and there was no one at the counter to greet you. I called out to the back and even peeked thru the kitchen door, and the place was empty. As I looked thru the kitchen door, I saw a disgusting, dirty, and disorganized kitchen. The kitchen equipment was dirty, and the counter where orders are picked up and paid were just as dirty. The dining room was dirty too. The place smells bad, and it looks like it's run by people who have no clue how to run a business. Based on previous reviews, they don't know how to cook. After calling for 3min a young woman who looked dazed and confused, like she had just woken up came out. I told her I was picking up an order. She went to the kitchen and NEVER came back. I waited for 20min before I walked out. After what I experienced, I would NOT be coming back, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. There are better pizza places in the city. Do your best to avoid this one!"

"Ordered through GrubHub from The Gyro Guys, which shares the same address. Probably a ghost kitchen. The order arrived one hour late. I had actually called grubhub to cancel the order because it hadn't arrived. The delivery driver called me and yelled at me, saying he was already on site. I went ahead and accepted the order. Grubhub put the order at 20 dollars, driver said it was 37. I paid 25 to split the difference. I should have just ignored his call... The gyro was disgusting. Burnt bread, tasteless meat, and it was loaded with a half cup of tzatziki sauce. Completely inedible. It looked like it was a failed attempt at a calzone."

"Ordered delivery through GrubHub. Was almost an hour later than estimated. We ordered an Italian sub, cheesesticks, a pizza and a 2L coke. The sub was missing salami, lettuce, mushrooms and mayo. The cheesesticks were missing the marinara. We ordered bacon and onion on our pizza and got sausage and onion. The 2L coke wasn't there at all. Food was cold. New to the area and was super disappointing!! Now my fault I guess because I should have read Google reviews because this seems to be the norm."
