"Picking up a mobile order while grocery shopping WAS common but we have had quite a few drinks in a row that were made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items/ add-ons. Things are also routinely "out of stock" and never mentioned until we realize the drinks are wrong and ask about it. Sometimes it's a quick fix, others it's an entire drink remake."
"not sure who it was but his name started with a c and he had glasses and was working july 13th at around 3:45. his service was disrespectful. got our drinks wrong, didn’t speak at all to other customers such as me, and made hand movements like he was frustrated and sighed multiple times while he was taking my order. didn’t say a word when he set my drink down when he was finished."
"Idk who the guy was in there, but he was incredibly rude. His name started with a C I believe. He acted like everything was an inconvenience to him. He also missed some items in our order. Maybe he was having a bad day, idk but we just wanted some coffee to start our day off good and we ended up getting bad service. We were still pretty nice."
