"Whoever made the decision to make the menu virtual should have checked the cell signal in the store first. If I can’t see the menu I will not be ordering from Papa John’s. And price changes are not an excuse. You can use a digital screen. The counter help was no help."

"I had a positive experience with the staff here. After an issue with a doordasher, I brought a pizza order back and kindly requested if they would remake it. They were very kind and agreed to remake my order without any hesitation. It came out promptly and we are so appreciative! I will order directly through them next time!"

"WORST Papa John’s location!! Ordered from them an HOUR AND A HALF AGO and just now got my pizza (the delivery time we got on the order was 35 minutes) . The Door Dash driver claims they got lost or had phone issues?? This is the SECOND time in a month I have had issues with my order from this location. We finally got our order and it’s barely warm. I tried calling the store FIVE TIMES and either nobody will answer the phone or you get disconnected. I will be demanding a refund as soon as someone answers the phone. Terrible customer service, needs to stop using Door Dash for delivery and ANSWER YOUR PHONE!! Get it together."

"They used to be decent but now they are terrible! The ingredients are rarely fresh and the orders are very rarely correct. The last delivery order took over an hour to arrive at our home which is less than 3 miles away. They use Doordash 100% for delivery and this time the delivery driver left the wrong order at our doorstep, never called, never texted, never rang the doorbell. The food was sitting on our doorstep for a while so it was cold when we finally realized it was there. One of the pizzas had been opened because the tape was cut and one side of the lid was exposed. Needless to say, we didn't eat it. Partnering with Doordash was the worst decision Papa John's could have ever made! They always fowl up our order which means the workers either aren't properly trained or they just don't care. Most likely stems from poor management. Tried calling the store to but they must have outsourced customer service too because we were never connected to a real person. Either way, we will not be ordering from there anymore."

"To be honest, this most recent visit to Papa John's Pizza will not deter my family from ordering our Friday night pizza from them. My daughter will only eat their pizza. But, I feel this visit deserves to be recognized for the lack of professionalism and courtesy from an individual who I believe was shift manager or comparable position. First, it is very irritating to walk into the store and see 6 DoorDash drivers waiting on their orders. And they get first dibs on attention from staff because they have big orders. So they are waiting. Everyone is waiting. I can see my order on the shelf, ready to go. I order the same thing every Friday. I'm in my teal scrubs every Friday. You would think they would recognize me, but no, they still cannot get my name right. I spell my name for them and let her know that the stack in the back corner is ours. I'd asked for it 10 minutes ago, but shift manager said we all had to get in one line. I'm like, just hand me my pizza. It's right there. Nope, you cannot talk to me, only the girl in the red shirt. Then she pulled aside the girl doing all the work to warn her about me. Oh well. Finally have pizza and make it home. My daughter had a large cheese pizza and I had a medium extra cheese pizza. There was no difference between the two pizzas except that neither had the correct amount of cheese for their size pizza to begin with, much less extra cheese!"
