"Slowest & worst Starbucks in Fort Worth. Waited in line for 15+ minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me, then at the speaker to order for another 5+ minutes. Nobody took my order on the speaker and there was an error message saying “needs service” so I pulled forward to place my order at the window & they said I had to go back through the line I just spent over 20 minutes in to have my order taken. It’s a joke. The workers are not friendly. Never offered straws or napkins & they act put out and roll their eyes when I ask for a straw."

"This location is so slow. I always order through the app, and I’ve never had a problem at other locations. Multiple times I’ve come here and have had to wait on my order, even when it does not appear to be busy. Currently in the drive thru and there were just 2 cars ahead of me. Been sitting for awhile"

"I tried giving this Starbucks location multiple chances but each time they always manage to mess up. Today i asked my bf to pick up my order which was a cold brew with a splash of oatmilk and extra vanilla cold foam. When i received my drink there were bits and pieces of what looked like oatmilk froth like it didn’t even cover the top of the drink. I don’t recommend this place at all. Save your time and money for a better starbucks like one on hulen & ledgestone or the one at target. Trail lake starbucks has to be the worst one in DFW."

"I have to say, I appreciate this place, not because this location necessarily is better than any other, except in one thing. Perseverance. This store recently had a lot of difficulty, and was not in the best place. But toward the end of June, there was a marked upward trend in everything. Under new management, and with a mostly new staff of dedicated employees, this store is in no way pretentious, though if they keep up the way they're going, they'll soon have good reason to be. The important difference with these people is they're driven to improve, they're humble, they care genuinely about the culture and the customer experience and, most of all, they keep going. This store is on the rise, and it's thanks to the people behind it. Keep it up."

"Out of supplies on certain drinks. No chairs to sit or tables. Super slow staff. I was the only person inside the store and it took over 3 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there. After I ordered another person came in and stood by the register to order. No one acknowledged her. She got tired of waiting and left without ordering."
