Papa Johns Pizza

"Store is clean and conveniently located for a quick pick up. I generally don’t get bad order pick up made when I order around lunch time, but for this Wednesday evening at 8pm. I figured it wouldn’t be as busy and we needed some last minute dinner. The instructions for curbside pick up were simple, however I was not even given a smile or thank you when handed my order. Least the two pizzas were fresh and hot, there was pepperoncini and garlic sauce in each, the dough was good, however the toppings were thrown on haphazardly and not even a regular amount. I have also never seen a pizza cut so unevenly and uncentered before."

"Our order was delivered to someone else. The new order was poorly made - cheese lopsided, vegetables and meats were misplaced. Very disappointing"

"Last time I'm eating at this Papa John's. 2nd time in a row with exact issue. Ordered a half cheese and half the works. Both times showed up 2/3 cheese and 1/3 works. Supposed to be here in 40 minutes called at 50 minutes said it just left the store. It was delivered by Uber and it was not hot, warm at best. Done with this place"

"Ordered a spinach alfredo pizza, and received one with marinara instead. Called the store and asked to get a replacement sent out, and was told it'd arrive in 45-55 minutes. Followed up with the store 90 minutes later to find no replacement order was ever put in. To top it off, the quality of the rest of the order was generally poor. Update: After following up that night when the replacement never arrived I was offered a refund. 3 days later after not seeing a refund I followed up to find that no refund was ever issued."

"We like papa Johns a lot but extremely disappointed with this recent order. please see attached photos pan pizza burned, cheese sticks are totally dry not much cheese and large regular pizza has extremely huge bezels. Hope they improve and don’t disappoint customers."
