"I grew up in coppell and absolutely loved going here. My now husband and I would always buy take out here for years. Making sure to support them as much as possible! Especially during Covid and afterwards! Well, when my husband went to place a delivery order online which was free because we lived less than a mile a way, he wanted to tip in cash. Unfortunately, almost 5 mins after placing the order a lady called my husband’s phone and yelled at him to fix his tip or they wouldn’t come. We were stunned and he told them he was going to give cash tip. They ended up being okay with that and delivered the food, but we have never gone back. The food was sub par but I have heard that it’s gotten much better recently! It’s been about a year since we last went or ordered here so I can’t speak on the service and food now, but we were so upset with them calling and demanding a tip. When we always tip."
"We are regular customers for over five years, for the first time in five years we returned the curry because it was very spicy, when we asked to change the plate which was not eaten at all because it was very spicy the solution that was offered was to discount 50% on another dish. I was very disappointed as this is very odd and have never been charged anything when a dish does not meet the expectations of the customer. Sad to see this happening."
"The food and service is the best consistently. Elena is a great server and always has the biggest smile. You can easily over order here since most portions are generous."
