"For starters the place doesnt smell too pleasant when walking in… definitely doesn’t have the aroma of fresh pizzas being baked. My order was piping hot and fresh as expected. But unfortunately tasted like BLAND CARDBOARD. Literally no flavor what so ever!!!! And the cardboard crust was the worst. So disappointing to have $30 gone down the drain. I ordered a Medium sausage and pineapple hand tossed . Along with an order of spicy garlic wings. The wings were undercooked and overly sauced. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. You’re better off supporting another pizza company."

"Can you give 0 stars? Last time we ordered they never delivered the pizza. This time, they didn’t have our pizza even started, when we went to pick it up. Then when we went back, after they said they’d make it for us, they made the wrong pizza. This is ridiculous. 3 times out of 3, they screwed up. I worked in a ton of pizza places as a kid. It’s not that hard…."

"Did a carry out with a Big New Yorker pizza. Pizza was spot on to what I ordered. Counter person was friendly and showed me the pizza to confirm it was just what I ordered and asked if I needed anything else. She gets what customer service is...... usually don't mention other places in my reviews, but Papa Johns in Coppell is maybe the worst pizza place I have every dealt with food wise and customer service wise. Will stick with this Pizza Hut from now on."

"Order took over an hour to get here, 30 minutes past the estimated time. All the food is cold and rock hard, literally all of it. Called to get this straightened out and I couldn't even get a hold of someone. Two calls, 10 minutes and 5 minutes being on hold by the automated machine and no one answered. This needs to be remedied. I had better service today at TACO BELL for crying out loud... Edit: just realised I didn't get the marinara for my BREAD BRICKS."
