"I had to do the greeting. I had to ask to have my order taken. The order was as easy as it gets and was wrong. The tables and floors beyond filthy. They were not busy and several staff around but no one was attempting to clean. I am a Whataburger loyalist of 40 years. This location needs help."

"I've noticed quality has gone down across the board since Chicago buy out but have remained a big fan. On this visit, I requested fries fresh out of the vat, letting them know I would return them if they weren't hot. I also had a complicated burger request. Teddy was awesome and made sure my order was correct. The young lady who brought my order to the table was super sweet and came over with the condiment tray so my food didn't get cold while waiting for ketchup. Thank you Whataburger Decatur for a delicious meal and great service even though y'all were super busy."

She greeted us with a smile and asked about our morning! This was a 5am so I was definitely impressed by such great attitude that early! She said she was training to be a team leader but I hope she makes further than that!"

"Delicious. I ordered burgers and shakes. I tried the spicy ketchup wich is not really spicy. My order was prompt and accurate. Cashier was helpful when I ordered. The place could use more cleaning. I'd like to think that they are affected by staff shortage because every team member was busy taking or making orders and they had a long drive through line."
