"About a month ago, I went to this restaurant, ordered a plate of menudo, the food was good, but the service was bad, I will explain. The lady brought me what I ordered, and then she completely ignored me during my meal, to begin with, the plate is small, and the order of tortillas is only 4 tortillas, they are small. I had to try to gain the attention of another waitress and asked for more tortillas.. it took a while, when the original waitress finally brought me what I asked it was only three tortillas. To order coffee refill, was another delay During the whole time, of my meal, I remained calm and courteous. I only made some comments to the waitress. Are tortillas that expensive? The order comes with 4 tortillas she said. I asked the cashier in a friendly attitude on my part, to tell the waitress that attended me, to look up the meaning of TIPS. Which is , to insure prompt service , she said that they were real bussy. I must say that the place was not near being full, there were about 8 or 10 people. At no time did I get an apology. I must say that, although the food is good; and the ladies are friendly, it left however : a bad taste in my mouth, I won't go back to this Restaurant. Taking into consideration that it could've been an isolated insident, for I had eaten there before, and had gotten good service. Still, my feelings about it, remain the same."
