Reviews
"The food was good but nothing special, service was very good and atmosphere pleasant."
"I come here very often and I always order the chicken with mixed vegetables plate, a cabbage soup, and edamame with garlic butter. The food here is good and this is my favorite lotus location. I like how they offer a large self serve tea portion. I also recommend the fried rice platter."
"This was my first visit. It was a late ish dinner. There were a few other diners in the restaurant. I didn't see anyone Aisan, eating or working, in the restaurant. I am trying to avoid wheat flour, so rejected the complementary chips. My waiter was pretty attentive. I was happy that they have an extensive combo menu for one and the prices are very reasonable. The Hot and Sour soup was okay, maybe not the freshest. The waiter recommended the Tripple Crown, which I had never heard of before. It was well portioned with assorted meats/shrimp/veggies but had way too much sauce as you can see in the photo, the meats and veggies are swimming in it. The shrimp were especially tasty. The filling of the egg roll was okay, l left the casing to avoid the wheat flour. The fried rice was pretty awful, I'd probably choose steamed if I return. Overall, the portions were generous, so there is value for the price. I'm guessing the decor dates back to the 80's when they opened and is now dingy/depressing. I think, if they can afford it, a refresh is in order. There was enough staff on hand that if they worked together (instead of playing with their phones) they could have served by hand instead of using the rather unpleasant looking cart. Other reviews suggest Panda Express as an alternative, I highly prefer table service on reusable plates/cutlery over cafeteria style."
"Reasonably priced Asian food. Each of us brought home a doggie box."
"Nice place to get dinner, quiet, food is great but there are some improvement areas, fried rice it's supposed to be more savory and with more ingredients. Excellent service, kind people. Clean bathroom. Plenty of parking. They accept both cash and credit cards."
