"I order two drinks before my night shift started. The lady that took my order over the drive thru was extremely rude. She was rushing me and make fun of me with her co-workers. The took so long to prepared my drinks. It is Not worth your time and money. Worst customer service ever."

"Went for a red cup. Was unimpressed by the holiday offerings. Too sweet. Lines are getting too long with the ridiculous orders of the 'in' crowd. If your order requires more than one breath, order online. If you're gonna complain about your 15 step order being incorrect...order online. Please."
