"I recently visited this Starbucks location, hoping to grab a quick cup of coffee for the evening. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Despite the fact that they were supposed to be open, the staff refused to answer the intercom. Drove around to the window and saw them with headphones on but again, would not come to the window. I was extremely disappointed, as I had made a special trip to visit this location. They seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service and were more concerned with getting out of there as soon as possible. Overall, my experience at this Starbucks was a complete waste of time and money."
