"Do better! Employees on phone exchanging cash without hand washing and making drinks. Employee Sneezes, wipes nose with hand and makes sandwich. That’s not right! Wash your hands! Using tongs does NOT mean you don’t have to wash your hands!!!!!!!! This ain’t the same company so don’t bother calling customer service. They don’t care either."

"This is the worst location. Especially with mobile orders. I experience an issue every time I order here. When you’re in person the baristas barely acknowledge you or look you in the eyes, then it also takes 30 minutes to get your coffee… so I prefer the mobile order today my husband picked up the order and they didn’t have my breakfast sandwich with it, so he went back for it and asked and this is what they handed him. Yes he should’ve looked in the bag before leaving, but my god how did someone put this in there and think “this is fine.”"

"Decor was modern and nicely arranged. I love the furnishings they chose. The chairs were quite comfortable. I like that there wasn't a whole lot of furnishings. The store seemed roomy and uncluttered. The atmosphere was nice and calm. The appearance of the store was neat and Clean. Excellent customer service. Also this location has a comfortable outside patio. The electrical outlets are conveniently placed through out the store as well for the customers use. The highlight of my visit was my lemon loaf. It's always moist and very delicious. The Frappuccino I had made at this location was done correctly and tasted oh so good! It is a family oriented place."
