"When I ordered LIGHT ice, I said VERY LIGHT ice. I surely didn’t mean half a cup of ice. I waited ten minutes in line with one car ahead of me to get this kind of incompetence. Awesome. Won’t be back to this location for sure and I guess now I have to specify what very light means."

"This review is to bring awareness and not based off my experience with the amazing staff!! I came in around 4:30 and ordered a tomato and mozzarella sandwich. I was in a hurry and after having a few bites noticed the bottom was black! I contacted the store and customer service which provided excellent help however I wanted to make it aware to other customers to examine the food carefully before eating/drinking. It’s impossible for the staff to examine every item so it’s no fault to them. Just making my experience known!"
