"I sat across from the baristas and worked here for a few hours today and overheard some of their customer interactions. Not only were the baristas super friendly but they knew how to work with customers to create the drink they really wanted (not just what was on the menu) but also reminded those with the app that they could claim the 1/2 off their drink order coupon, clearly always working towards the customer’s needs. Whoever was working on 12/7 and this location deserves a raise, they went well beyond established customer service procedures"

"Honestly had the worst experience here! Especially in the morning with Lia! I called and said my coffee something was wrong with it and it was not soy milk ! She rudely yelled I remember JOE!! and didn’t sound sincere so I know she did something to my drink!!! She said in a rude tone we can replace but never said sorry - I knew not to go back so I’m filing a complaint with corporate"

"I came here to order my iced white mocha, no ice and no whip. They confirmed it on the screen and they still messed up. The label says add ice and whip and I corrected them at the window, but the manager at the time was just wanting to refund me and keep the drink themselves. He was so happy to deny me service and unfriendly about it too. Too bad that I had to get my drink and then go inside and ask the barista to make it."

"There was no one inside placing or waiting on orders. I don't know how busy the drive thru was. But, this was the longest I've ever had to wait for a drink. No one started making it until I approached the counter to ask about it. That said, the interior was clean and the staff was friendly."
