"I paid for items that I did NOT receive. When I tried calling back to see if the delivery man had them, I was routed to a call center, I was transferred to 7 different call center representatives before I was completely hung up on. They said that they couldn't reach anyone at the colleyville location and their phone was disconnected. If you are going to disconnect the phone then you better be sure your orders are delivered correctly."

"Ordered my pizza over an hour ago and it’s not even out for delivery. Definitely wouldn’t have ordered had I known it would take this long and would be impossible to call the store to check my order. Will definitely NOT order from this location again."

"Getting our order took over an hour longer than we were told. The woman at the store said our order would be refunded. It was not. I emailed corporate, who said I would have a free pizza if I called the store to place my order. I tried calling the store and they had no idea what I was talking about. Save yourself - go literally anywhere else!"

"Order around 9:30 from the frustrating app and was informed the delivery was be at 10:25, then 10:33, and then nothing. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at the store and they closed at 11. My order was cancelled without my knowledge, no email, text, nothing. Wasted my time and was too late to order from anywhere else. Customer service and communication is a joke here."

"If I could give a zero I would. Naomi, store manager was belligerent and disrespectful. They got my original order wrong, called to get a refund, got hung up on by Skylar the store lead and then Naomi refused to provide verification of my refund over the phone after she raised her voice and got hostile for me asking her to do so. She then proceeded to tell me to come to the store and then called the police when I asked for corporate information. 10/10 do not recommend this location. She clearly did not look in her right frame of mind."
