"I stopped coming here because of the horrible service that I always tend to receive when visiting this location. This morning I forgot my coffee at home and decided to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts since it had been months and I was hoping the rude lady at the drive thru wasn’t there. Welp. She was, another rude encounter with Alicia (red head skinny woman) and they skimped on my coffee. Barely halfway full. I’ll definitely go to Starbucks from now on."

"We are from the east coast where Dunkin is all over. Now we live in rural Texas and finding a Dunkin was not easy but I have to say that the donuts at this store were the freshest I have had at any dining in the last three years. The coffees are made very well too. The only issues are they are clearly understaffed and it takes awhile to get your order. Some of the staff is very friendly and some not so much. Overall though we will be going to this location regularly. Fresh, fresh, fresh!"

"I asked for a macchiato with oatmilk but instead I received it with whole milk. I could understand one alternative to being out but the others? Hell no. To not say anything and put it in the bag, again, without saying anything is asinine."

"Staff was nice. Look, im all for music while you work. However, when I walk in and all my kid hears is music with the F word every other verse and talking about shooting a B in her face I got a problem with that. It only do I have to have a conversation with my kids about what was being said I don’t even wanna come back. Certain music is not appropriate for this setting. At the very play an edited version. Finally, when I order donuts why is heating them up not a thing?"

"Just ordered 2 large iced coffee through door dash. Dasher arrived with a heat sealed bag and 2 coffees inside. My girlfriends coffee was full but wasn't good all of the flavor was missing, mine was half full exactly level with the 2 mark on the side of the cup but missing all of the flavor add ins, both cups were further sealed by stickers so we know our dasher didn't take half my coffee and the bag was dry so it didn't leak either. This is ridiculous. How you gonna charge $20 for 2 coffee and not even full them up or add rhe sugar."
