"Waited 3 hrs called about my order they said they dint have a driver for me to pick it up or wait 20 minutes decided to wait they cancelled my order with no notice. I called manager the biggest A hole said I gave you your money cause they dint have a Uber driver!? So the tips don’t even go to the Uber or grub hub drivers and they keep the tips on top of all that Pizza Hut does not have drivers no more! He dint apologize or asked if he can redo and send the order! Nice going!"

"Was very disappointed. The day before, my pizza was really good so I decided I'll order another supreme pizza today. I was in a rush to go so when I arrived at the location, my pizza was ready but unfortunately I didn't look at my pizza before I left. When I got home there was no green peppers, onions and beef wasn't cooked into the pizza. Beef and onions was just placed on top of the pizza and when you pick up a slice to eat, all the beef would fall off. I Who ever prepared this pizza didn't care to do their job correctly."

"Pizza Hut has been a staple in my home for a long time. The hope is that things get better with time and unfortunately I can't say that based on the quality of pizza I received recently. I ordered a pan pizza and the presentation of the pizza was not satisfying. Also I ordered the large $9.99 pizza with one topping; added an additional topping and the price was $17. I appreciate the employee taking out the time to figure out the price discrepancy although the lesson learned was to just order in store; better deals were available in store versus online."

"We waited an hour for $70 worth of food but our door dash driver went off with it I guess. When we came up there were other people complaining about the door dash drivers. We then waited for our pizza for over an hour and they still did it wrong. They put jalepenos on one side and pepperoni on the other side. We always do it on both sides. Edit: We waited for the delivery for 2 hours. In between that 2 hours we called up there and the person on the phone said it just left at 7:45. After another hour we called back and the person on the phone said that it was suppose to be at our house at 7:12. Clearly there's a massive lack of communication"
