"They are the executive offices for domino’s pizza in Joshua. Several months age, I had a complaint and was given their #. I can’t tell you how many times the messages have been given to Amber and Johnson and to this date, neither have returned not a one of my calls. The secretary’s are very nice and I believe consistent, but upper mgmt leaves a lot to be desired. They’re definition of customer service is in no handbook I’ve ever read. Come on people, apparently you wanted upper mgmt jobs but learn how to do them and be efficient. I’m not perfect but when I had my own restaurant customer service paid the bills. Come on, do your jobs and do them right. Don’t act like if you ignore a big bump it will go away. Handle your complaints, concerns and praises. I’m sure your nice secretaries can find my number."

"HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered from one of their domino's locations almost a week ago and never received my order. The manager at the location said he couldn't reverse the charge since it was the day after my order occurred and gave me the phone number to this office. I have been calling since last Wednesday and leaving messages every day to try to get my refund and have yet to get a call back. This company is extremely unprofessional. Take your money and go elsewhere!!!"

"The culture in this company can't be beat. They have a foundation to help team members who experience tragedy. The owner wants to personally help others succeed. When team members are asked what they like most about working at MOE Domino's the top three responses are , The People, The Environment, and the Flexibility. I can't say enough. This company has rewarded me personally for just working hard and doing my job. Opportunity is plentiful here. Want to move up? Show up to work, work hard and don't quit. It is that easy."

"Horrible company to work for owned by greedy people. They make rules they don''t follow then get mad when their employees don''t follow them either. They demand employee's show up at their scheduled work time and then don't send them home at their scheduled leave time. They treat customers better than their own employees. If an employee needs something from the company they are out of luck, if a known lying customer needs something they bend over backwards to help them even though there is always proof they are lying. They always tell their employees to up-sell, that means make the price as high as possible to the customer so that the company makes more money, however they pay minimum wage and do not give raises. They do not give vacation to full time employees under assistant managers. They no longer carry parmesan or red peppers because it saves money but they still raise menu prices. The manager bonuses are partly based on food costs so they knowingly skimp on toppings. Chicken is a dollar more even though it costs no more to supply. And they cower whenever the corporate domino's shows up because they know that they do not follow the specific rules required by franchisee's. Again, a horrible company to work for."
