"After a misunderstanding on an order the manager on the floor quickly corrected the issue and I still had plenty of time left on my 30 minute lunch to enjoy my food. The service keeps me coming back"

"We go every Wednesday and Sundays through drive-thru to get two large fries and for the past four visits or more the containers are NOT even full. I decided to call today and they said I could get two large fries on my next visit. But it is very disappointing that the service for large fries is just like McDonald's!"

"I have always placed Curbside orders and they were ready on time and correct. The last few times I have arrived and it takes as long as if I just walked in and placed an order. Today my order stated “no onions.” After waiting 8 minutes longer than it was supposed to be ready, the wrapper had the no onion sticker but my burger was covered with onions even outside of the bun."

"I am very disappointed on my Whataburger order # 560891 today. I clearly ordered a number 2 with cheese with no onions, and so on. I was giving my order clearly and calmly as not to be any confusion on my order. During my order the attendant interrupted me like 5 times asking me what drink I wanted. I get to my office only to find out that my burger had no cheese and worst found a curly hair on the lid of my drink. Train personnel to listen to the customer. Forgetting about having burger my way. I normally visit this location 2 times weekly and usually have mistakes every 4 visit. Never found a curly thin hair before, now I have."
