Reviews
"Very rude staff/management, not helpful at all! Very unprofessional! For this reason, I will NOT shop for my guess merchandise at this store anymore I am definitely taking my business to DILLARDS!"
"I always look forward to shopping here and the manager Becky makes things so much easier and helps me out anytime I need. She definitely how above and beyond to represent the brand."
"Well, i had just left from Christmas shopping for my girlfriend..& i must say, the manager on duty, Edgar was outstanding. He was extremely helpful when i walked in with a return that was in perfect condition. Also i chose to spend it in gifts for my girlfriend. Honestly, thank you bro..you helped me out a lot. & i hope you can resell that watch."
"I really like this guts. The customer service is always good and they always have a good number of employees on hand to be of assistance"
"Me and my brother had went to return some items to which the Gentleman who was helping us (Edgar) told us he wouldn’t be able to do the refund because not everything was in its original condition. That was understandable, he was doing his job.. however the attitude he expressed while explaining this was very sarcastic, and just flat out unhelpful. When I asked who the store Manager was he said he was. When I asked who his manager was he told me “she’s not here right now”. When I asked for her name he laughs and says her name was Rebecca. I asked for her last name as well as his and he told me I didn’t need to know. Honestly, I understood the return policy which wasn’t a big deal. However it was the tone in Edgar’s voice and just the level of how unhelpful and unprofessional he was that really threw me off. It’s things like this that managers need more training in on how to sincerely handle certain situations and be kind about it. Managers that don’t understand this concept only drive sales downwards by setting these unacceptable examples of customer service to the staff they should be leading and by losing loyal guests that at the end of the day pay their checks and keep them employed. I will not be returning to Guess simply because of this experience and I genuinely hope this matter and it’s importance is discussed amongst their management team and staff members."
