"I am familiar with Old Navy’s 30 day return policy but normally if i miss the 30 day window, they offer store credit. When I went this past week the associate informed me they would not accept my return nor offer me store credit due to the “holiday policy”. When I returned a late return to the cielo vista location during the holiday period they gave me store credit. The manager also denied me store credit so now i’m left with joggers that don’t fit. Very odd they said it’s company policy not to accept late returns when other stores do."
