"Omg... All I gotta say is.... Better than Victoria secret. Or more like this is the Victoria secret but for big melons. Not to mention Paola measured me and helped me. She used my name while speaking with me. She remembered my friends name who had been there last week. Her customer service was amazing. I am truly impressed. The bras can vary between clearance items around 25 and non clearance bras of 54 or 65 but when I went they had a bogo sale going on so I ended up taking 3 bras and 1 pantie for about 134 that's already tax included. It was worth it. They can go into the changing room with you just to help you with the fitting and to teach you and see how the bra looks on you. They will go the extra mile just to make sure they find what u need, like comfort, full coverage or if u are wanting sexy bras or simple ones."

"I went into the El Paso Lane Bryant at 11:00 am on Friday, May, 26th 2023 to purchase items because of the great sale going on, but I wasn't greeted by either salesperson, nor did they offer any assistance while I was browsing. To be ignored means you don't want me to spend my money there. How rude, unprofessional, and impolite. Better customer service training is desperately needed at that location, asap."

"New to the area and decided to order online and ship to store. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful with finding my multiple packages and made sure everything I ordered was there. When I had to make some returns, again, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was a lot of panties were in wrong size bins so I constantly had to double check the sizing and when measured for a bra they told me size F and when I tried that size on it completely swallowed me, like I couldn't even find my girls in that huge cup, and I ended up fitting very comfortable in size C, D's. So, somehow the measuring is way off."
