"Horrible customer service. They close 15-20 min earlier and start denying service. This is not acceptable retail customer service. So make sure you show up extra early so you don’t get turned away. If you choose to work retail, then you acknowledge that you will not always close exactly at “closing time”. In reading the reviews, clearly this is their standard practice!!"
