"We had an outstanding experience at The El Paso Wing Factory! The service was excellent, and the attention from the manager and our server, Anael, was truly extraordinary. Their dedication made my twins birthday celebration a very special day. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!"
"The staff was very friendly & attentive, the food came out quickly and it was delicious. We’ve decided this will be our go to when we’re in the mood for wings. Try the wings with their “liquid gold” sauce, trust me! *another note, it was nice to see fish sticks on the kids menu something aside from chicken nuggets was refreshing and our son really enjoyed them."
"Went to have some wings with my daughter and first time here....horrible experience both of our wings were raw. We ordered mango habanero boneless and traditional, and they came out RAW!!!! Server Brian P was great and on it. Other girl servers were just talking and on their phones in the corner, not paying any attention to the customers there. One of them actually brought out our ranch, dropped it on the floor, and proceeded to leave it on our table...come on. Will not be back and unfortunately had high hopes for this place. The front-end manager needs to manage the girls better and get them in line."
"Not a bad place but could be better. One of the greasiest and most expensive wing places I've seen so this might not be apt for cardiacs. Service was a bit slow, not sure if the server was new or what, but he was lacking enthusiasm and a little bit of training in conversation. Seemed like he didn't know how to approach the tables and sounded a little dry. My burguer was good, but the cook burned the bacon on mine. It was completely black. Food is expensive for the quality that was served. They don't have combo meals, so you have to buy wings and fries separate. Even their $12 burguer comes without fries, so that's another 4-5 bucks if you want fries. My bacon cheeseburguer and fries and soda were close to 20 bucks, which was way too much for what it was. If you want additional sauces, it's $1.50 each for a very small cup. We ended up spending $100 on our meal with tip, and 3 of those were kids , and we didn't order any alcohol or deserts. It was 2 order of 6 wings, 2 burguers,1 order of kids fish sticks,1 basket of fries and 5 sodas ...$100 and change. YiKES!"
"UPDATE : We went back the next day at 10 a.m. for breakfast, and sad to say, it was disappointing. Had the chicken and waffles, was not hand breaded chicken, was more of a frozen. Got some greasy apple, something that was really bad. Waffle was really thin and nothing like the photo, breakfast burrito just as disappointing. ______________________________ 1st time, we've been waiting for this place to open, we have never been to the original location on Piedras, but this place was good. The loaded fries with Brisket (additional cost) were absolutely amazingly good! Delicious! The coconut tea is so refreshing, too! We had the Street Taco Wings, which tasted just like a street taco! So good! We also had Cilantro Lime, Mango Habanero, and Garlic Parmesan wings. The flavors were so good, and all the fresh ingredients and sauce on each flavor were really like no other. The price was well worth it, you won't be disappointed. Our waitress Jovanna was welcoming and communicative on food selection. The service and the atmosphere were good, and the manager Andrew was welcoming. (Didn't have a pic of fries because we scarfed them done so fast they were so good...lol)"
