"This hidden gem was discovered during a business trip to Laredo. I took a risk. A few hours later, I was more than satisfied with the food's deliciousness and Sandra's service. The menu displayed a selection of their daily lunch specials. I ordered the tacos dorados c/ carne with guacamole sauce that was dripping with pure goodness. But first, I was served a delectable caldo de verdura soup. I could taste the carrots and other fresh veggies. I enjoyed every single bite of this exquisite freshly made meal. They were busy as it was expected during lunch hours, but they managed to meet all of the stupid demands from customers (like the table in front of me w/ 3 kids). It's disheartening that some people will give a one-star rating for the wait time. I hope to return to Laredo soon. This will be a must-visit for lunch, dinner and breakfast."
