"Order delivery time went from 25mins to over an hour because the store outsourced the delivery to DoorDash at the last minute. My pizza that only needed to travel 3.5 miles took an additional 40mins to get here and I could no longer track the order. More importantly the DD driver reached out as he was not receiving notifications and didn't even have my address/access info for my community. The store should be more transparent about their delivery service. My pizza arrived cold. Frustrating to say the least and I won't be ordering from this store again."
"Ordered a delivery order and it took over an hour. They contract with DoorDash without telling you. When I called with my concern, they said my order was never placed, even though the app showed it was being delivered. At the same time there's a knock on my door. Beware, they contract with DoorDash and do not tell you! Took well over an hour for a Sunday night pizza delivery. Oh and a $5 delivery charge. The manager corrected me, it's a $4.99 delivery charge."
