"I’ve been to this Hooters a couple of times and the service is terrible. We waited 20 min before we were even acknowledged and even looked at. We had to ask for service and then finally a waitress showed up. We then waited another 20 min for our drinks so we decided to order our food at the same time because we didn’t want to wait more time. Once we received our food, I asked for another drink and didn’t get it till I was almost done with my meal. And guess what! We waited again to pay our tab. We had to get the manager to let him know we wanted to pay. He apologized and said we have had issues with this waitress Alexandra. Alexandra just smiled when he talked to her and just brought us the check and did not even apologize or even say thank you. Wow! She simply walked away. One suggestion, hire waitresses that can multitask and have manners."

"Karen L was a great bartender. She made sure we had everything we needed for our meal. She had to make several attempts to get our dessert brought out. The key lime pie is tasty!"

"Absolutely horrible service. It was a Thursday evening, the food took almost an hour to be served. And our waitress was extremely irritated and never attended us at the bar, whenever we would ask her for something she would say she would be right with us and she would forget. In her defense it was a busy night. They need more bartenders and better training. The beer was half beer, half foam."
