"I asked the girl if there if she put the dipping sauce in the bag and she lied to me and said yes. It wasn't there. Dishonest staff should be removed. I usually enjoy Carl's Jr but I wouldn't go back. Not worth the price"

"I hadn't had Carl's Jr in so long and now I know why. The customer service was awful. They girls on drive thru were playing around and gossiping really loud. They had forgotten to give me a drink, I had ordered 3 combos 1 for myself and my kids. They forgot 1 drink. I asked them politely but they still frowned and basically handed me the drink with the lid not put correctly and to make it worse she slammed the drive thru window in my face with force. I can look past this if the food was good, but to my horror it wasn't. The burgers were soggy and the lettuce was soggy. Everything was just nasty. The French fries were fresh. We were the only car in the drive thru I'm sure they were forced to put fries for our order to cook. Anyway the food was so bad I threw it up I know TMI and disgusting but it happened to me. I hope Carl's Jr sees my review and actually does something about it. They used to be so good. I will never go there again."

"The owner of this franchise restaurant needs to come over and see what their employees are doing. We waited 15 minutes just to get an order in even though there wasn't any other people in the restaurant. The lady that was on the microphone for the drive through had her personal Bluetooth headphones taking about her personal business and us waiting. It took the younger girl to come off from. helping the cook to get our order. The soft drink machines don't work either. Please do something about this because I'm making sure everyone i know never goes in there."

"Excellent well I was one of the lucky ones to be taken care of by the manager. Her name is Maria she takes care of my order with a big smile with that good attitude, Gracias High recommended"

"Carl's Jr is my favorite fast-food burger place. They offer tons of choices in burgers, plus they have great chicken tenders (better than the competition), chicken sandwiches, salads, ice cream items, and every popular soft drink you could think of. They also have a roomy dining area . . . AND a playground for customers with young children! Beats the pants off of Mickey-D's!! :-)"
