"Ordered online 15 minutes before arriving to store and when I got there food was still not done and waited for an additional 15 min. Just to come home and find out that they made my sandwich wrong. I would have gotten my food faster and right if I would have ordered at the store!!"
"These locations are owned by the same owner. And apparently does not care how customers are treated or how these franchise businesses are ran. The Location on Shawn Haggerty and gateway North are the other 2 locations that have the same problems. They're either out of bread, they're out of meat or they're out of produce or they close during posted business hours and they don't care. I have reported all 3 franchises, to headquarters of Subway. Because even though they may be franchised, they still have to report to corporate. They are not doing a good job upholding the Subway brand and they are pissing a lot of customers off. When you franchise a business, you go into it. Knowing that you have to uphold the brand name and produce a quality product. And you are not doing that whoever the owner is of these 3 franchise subways on the northeast."
"I've always loved subway but unfortunately almost all subways I've been to do NOT have good sanitary practice. The windows where the food is located always seem dirty. When there are customers, instead of removing the old gloves, every employee I've witnessed never changed for a new one when serving a new customer. I get it, that they're trying to save gloves and time but seriously? Can we go back to serving customers with good sanitary practices. Thank you."
"Bread was very dry and stale. Could have used it for bread crumbs. I always knew Subway was skimpy on their meats. But now I guess they're super skimpy on their vegetables as well."
"Absolutely horrible service, placed an order online, they called me to tell me the toaster still isn't working (over 4 months now) and the subs quite literally had no meat, and not even half the condiments or veggies I ordered on them. The sub is picture is called the monster, and is 13 dollars, It didn't even have bacon or the cheese it was supposed to have on it. Disgrace of a subway, do not go here. Best if this one closes down."
