"If I could give 0000 stars I would, it was 10 minutes past opening time and chairs were on top of tables and door closed. Another thing, when ever you get a receipt don’t bother on doing the survey in the back, they said NO! They don’t accept it even though it’s on their receipt, totally useless. The employees were rude and a chicken sandwich took over 10 minutes, we literally had to go and ask for it, it was sitting there and NO ONE called our order. We will NEVER come back, please stay away!"

"I came here in the evening to pick up food that I had ordered well in advanced. When we pulled through the drive through we were told that they were waiting on one item which were some wings, and we proceeded to park as instructed. They said they would bring our food out to us but 15 minutes go by and we could tell that we were forgotten. We had to go inside where our food was waiting for us. Overall the food was good it was honestly just the service that was disappointing. I could understand the inconvenience we went through if it was a super busy lunch rush but the location seemed pretty empty at the time I ordered and picked up my food. This is not discouraging me from returning but it shows that they are incapable of handling a large order that was placed well in advanced"

"This is how I received my Mac&Cheese from my order at this location! Really small portion size & had to drive to another fast food restaurant to get better Mac&Cheese! I also got better service at the other place so not ordering from here anymore."

"Be aware, there’s no sign posted, or a notification on google when you pull up Popeyes. However, they say they close at 11 on all platforms, but you must come an hour before closing to order or they will only wake you what they have and refuse to make anything else. I pulled up to talk to the manager as to why I can only order classic chicken and the 3 large sides that’s already prepared. I will be calling corporate to make them aware that a night shift manager made the executive decision to close the kitchen an hour before closing because with 10 people standing around in the kitchen laughing. On top of my husband placing an Uber eats pick up order for a chicken sandwich and only received classic chicken in the box. He did not order classic chicken. This location lacks professionalism, and makes the Popeyes brand look bad. Also the manager in the picture has the worst attitude and customer service. Please find better help."
