"Food is actually pretty good, but service is Russian roulette. Our last experience was so bad. The server was very unpleasant and no matter our courtesy, wouldn't even crack a smile and never checked on us. Then, she brought us something we did not order, argued about it and then had the audacity to ask "well would you be pay for it, since it's already made". Definitely didn't check on us at all after we refused and the hate we were given when our correct meal was brought out was very obvious."
"Best pho broth in el paso. Food is always fresh and delicious. Currently love the beef and chicken banh mi . Only complaint is they need to add more meet to the steak pho bowls"
"Good quality food with good service. Overall, I enjoyed our meal. The spring rolls were decent and the rice vermicelli with grilled chicken was good with food flavor. I was impressed with the amount of protein on my plate. The Thai tea was also good. Right amount of flavor and seasoning. Service was good and fast. Location is easy to find."
"Fresh ingredients, good portions, friendly service. Coffee is surprisingly good, plenty of choices even if u r looking for a vegetarian meal. Love that they listed it well on the menu like what ingredients are inside the egg rolls/ spring rolls/ rice / noodles.... Recommended"
"I want to start off by saying that I have never in my entire life enjoyed Vietnamese food. I enjoy just about any type of cuisine (from high end sushi to hold-in-the-wall mom and pop donut shops and taco trucks), but I could never tolerate the smells that came from the Pho or just about anything in a Vietnamese restaurant. Well, my mom and sister love pho and had bugged me all day about it. A google search later and we came here, and boy, I am do glad that I did. The spring rolls were delicious, and my order (#30) was pretty much exactly what I was craving that day. We came here again for the second time just a few days later after I begged my family to do dinner. The food was 10/10. I will say, the only negative from our last visit was our server, who looked like he was in high school and getting to know the menu (I could be wrong). His customer service is so-so and he made things a tad complicated, lacked communication skills and wasn't refilling drinks, which annoyed my family. He definitely was patient with us but the same could be said about us with him. The first time the service was perfect and there were no complaints! Overall, this place is the best location if you're looking to eat some fantastic Vietnamese food!"
