"I'm a delivery driver and was trying to pick up an order from here, but I had to wait over 20 minutes because they're extremely unorganized and understaffed. The manager lady was very rude towards me when I had to remind her that I'm still waiting for an order and just said "Don't interrupt me when I'm talking with actual customers" and she hadn't even greeted the people yet or started talking to them so I don't understand where that came from or how I interrupted a conversation that wasn't even started in the first place??? Then they had my order almost ready but they gave it to someone else in drive thru and I had to wait longer because there was only 1 actual chef doing everything but it was his first day so that meant a longer wait time too. When I came back in to see if it was finally done, she yelled out "Don't be slamming my doors" before I even grabbed the handle to leave??? Even though I was getting rightfully impatient and frustrated with this horrible service I kept my cool and didn't even give the lady a nasty tone unlike her, so I don't understand why she was so rude with me but being nice to others. I understand in general that food from here just takes a while but this was just ridiculous and I deal with rude people all day delivering but this lady takes the cake. How you gonna be that damn negative on Valentine's Day especially? Just shut down if you can't keep up with the demand or find a better manager that doesn't take her anger and frustration out on customers and can manage their stress not just the restaurant."

"I asked for a superstar with NO ONIONS I am ALLERGIC to ONIONS! Luckily I didn’t bite into my burger despite how hungry I was smh. We all make mistakes but damn y’all could’ve had me in the ER Smh And there’s no charbroiled taste and very messy!! HUGE THUMBS DOWN !!!!"

"If the burger isn’t a bit messy when you eat it then it wasn’t good. This place is true to the saying. Ditched another carls Jr and BK which were closer to home for me since I started coming here cause the burgers are so much better from this place. I’m never disappointed when I visit this place!"

"This location always fails for us. Service from the staff is decent, but it's the food that's getting the 1 star. Every time we order the SantaFe chicken sandwich, it's never good. Never has a "charbroiled" taste. They gave us not even a full chicken breast on the sandwich this time, and the green chile wasn't even cut, just slapped on messy. Other mistakes too come along with this place, like incorrect drink is served to us and food in general just doesn't taste fresh. That's a reason why we stopped coming to this location, and went better to the Dyer/Diana location, but now that, that location is closed, we thought well let's give the McCombs a try again & go back. Wrong again. Will not be returning."
