"This is a nice location, but very dirty everywhere, including the restrooms. Host was very nice and courteous, but service is bad. The food seemed old and cold. It took over 20 minutes to get our food order in and another 20 to receive it. We actually drove 30 away to try Dave's hot chicken, but had to settle for this, cause the line was an hour wait. Wish we had waited to try Dave's hot chicken. MANAGEMENT, regroup and do better!"

"Placed my pick up order through the app tonight which went smooth. HOWEVER not the service when I walked in to pick it up. First after I placed my order through the app, I called the restaurant and informed the person that picked up the phone that I want my bone in wings well done. She briefly put me on hold, came back and informed me that she told the cook. About 10mins later…I went to pick it up. I walked in and two girls were by the door. Neither one of them greeted me. I had to approached them and told one I’m here to pick up. Got my food…..when I got home I noticed I was missing some things. I asked for tartar sauce (I got cocktail sauce instead) I did not get my coleslaw. I did not get my extra BBQ sauce. The wings that I asked to have it well done? Was NOT well done! In fact it was as if they just boiled the wings and threw in bbq sauce on top. Very disappointing…."

"Been to Applebees several times now. The location is perfect as it services the area of Horizon. The atmosphere entering Applebees is great with some good music in the background. We are generally greeted upon entering which is a huge plus! During this visit, I had the all you can eat boneless wings. They start you off with 6 then 4 every-time after that. Good thing is you’re able to order your next set of wings once you get your order. I tried the Buffalo (my fav), the Asian Chile, and the honey pepper. The honey pepper was definitely not good in my opinion. Service was average, although I didn’t get a refill, the service was ok. Our server was friendly and helpful during our visit. Definitely busy since it was a school fundraiser. Applebees is always great to hang out with family. Has gotten quiet expensive but overall the food is good and service is good as well."
